The Chef
My Roots, My Cuisine
I was born and raised in Naples, Italy, a place where food is culture, tradition and sharing. My journey began at the age of fifteen and has taken me through the kitchens of some of Europe's most prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants. I have had the privilege of working alongside chefs such as Francesco Sposito at Taverna Estia (2 Michelin Stars), Enrico Bartolini at MUDEC in Milan (3 Michelin Stars), and today Paolo Casagrande, under the guidance of Martín Berasategui, at Lasarte Barcelona (3 Michelin Stars). These experiences have shaped my technique, discipline and attention to detail, while never distancing me from what I believe truly matters: respect for exceptional ingredients, the elegance of simplicity and the ability to transform every dinner into a lasting memory.
My Philosophy
Every experience begins with listening.
I believe that a remarkable dinner does not begin with the menu, but with the people gathered around the table. Every menu is therefore created through conversation, inspired by each guest's tastes, the occasion they wish to celebrate and the atmosphere they want to experience. My role is to transform these elements into a bespoke culinary journey where Michelin-level technique meets the warmth and intimacy of feeling at home, ensuring that every detail contributes to an unforgettable memory.
